We are seeking two highly skilled, hands-on Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support its surface mining operation in Simi Valley, California.

This position is designed for experienced technicians with advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities on heavy construction, mining, engineering, and earthmoving equipment.   • Performs master production scheduling for assigned brands.
  • Proficiency in SAP, preferred.
  • Utilizes SAP MRP for managing supply planning duties. Issues PO’s and forecasts to contract manufacturers.
  • Develops and maintains safety stock levels for all finished goods.
  • Responsible for inventory management of all finished goods and select components.
  • Identifies opportunities for inventory reduction and reduces waste/scrap.

Additional Details

  • Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM
  • Overtime: Available on Fridays
  • Pay Range: $24-$28/hour, based on experience + $3/hour Shift Differential
  • Work Environment: Industrial shop environment with exposure to dust, fumes, metal debris, machinery, abrasive tools, and shop noise
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and physical activity, repetitive use of handheld grinders, and occasional lifting of more than 50 pounds
