As CSR/ Call Taker you are a key member of the team. You are responsible for assigning daily work/ calls to our technicians and a backup call taker to support our Dispatcher. Exemplifying our 

code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. 

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

Morning Duties-

•Contact the customer 15-30 minutes before dispatching the technician to the call.

•Dispatches technician to each job.

•Provide all customer info and problem to each technician as dispatched.

•Inform the tech on each call whether the customer is an AP member.

•Monitor AP member customers and provide priority service.

•Keep the customer informed if the technician is running late or will arrive early for the appointment.

•Follows up with technician if they will not be completing the job within the scheduled appointment so that a call can be made to the next appointment to notify them of the time change.

•As a back - up call taker, you should only answer incoming calls on 3rd or 4th ring if CSR already has 2 calls on hold.

•Check technicians completed work order to ensure the work order summary has been completed in detail (the more detailed the story is will provide value to our customers), charges were posted correctly, payment has been received, if an AP was sold and that each work order has been coded properly.

•If a return appointment is needed, get the information from the technician and book it immediately.

•Be innovative in dispatching so that all technicians are kept busy, productive, profitable and the customers are provided service at the quickest and earliest times possible.

•Provide an upbeat attitude and atmosphere for the technicians.

•Record all equipment with model/ serial numbers, filter sizes and accessories, etc. on the customer's account.

•Communicate with all parts vendors for Shipping/ Receiving of Parts.

•Listen to our "on hold" recordings and confirm they are relevant to the season, making changes if necessary (verify monthly).

•Clean up emails and computer files on a continuous basis.

•Make a follow up call to each customer that was serviced that day, to ensure that they are happy with the service they received, their expectations were met, and they are satisfied with the results.

•Confirm all first morning calls, the evening before.

•Entering all Service Credit Application's with parts vendors for warranty jobs.

•Assist Bookkeeper and General Manager with other duties which may include cross training in related positions.

Description

The Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops, and improves metal additive manufacturing processes for customer hardware. Working with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams, this engineer applies Design for Additive Manufacturing principles, solves production issues, and helps deliver parts that meet customer and aerospace quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement metal additive manufacturing processes for hardware production.
• Verify customer requirements and create technical documentation, manufacturing plans, and process records.
• Apply Design for Additive Manufacturing techniques to optimize part designs and production outcomes.
• Support customer proposals, RFP responses, new applications, R&D programs, and equipment trials.
• Test, evaluate, and troubleshoot additive processes and equipment; implement process and equipment improvements.
• Partner with project management, manufacturing, quality, and technical teams to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain AS9100 documentation, follow safety requirements, and stay current on metal AM materials and technologies.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Three to six years of experience in metal additive manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with metal AM systems such as DMLS or laser powder bed fusion and working knowledge of materials science, metallurgy, and thermal-mechanical behavior.
• Proficiency in CAD modeling and engineering drawing interpretation, with a basic understanding of GD&T.
• Must meet U.S. Person requirements under ITAR and be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance.

Nice-To-Have Skills, Experience, & Education:

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing; CNC machining, heat treatment, assembly, surface treatment, or NDT; manufacturing optimization projects; advanced additive manufacturing coursework or certifications.
• U.S. citizenship is preferred; lawful permanent residents may be considered.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in office, laboratory, prototype, and production settings.
• Occasional extended hours, weekend work, or travel may be required to support schedules, equipment trials, customers, suppliers, or training.

Description

The Shipping and Receiving Lead coordinates daily shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory support, and transportation activities. This role ensures that high-value aerospace and defense parts are accurately received, packaged,
documented, stored, and safely transported between vendors, customers, and company facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, staging, pickups, and deliveries.
• Inspect, package, label, load, unload, and secure incoming and outgoing materials.
• Verify part numbers, purchase orders, shipping documents, delivery information, and material traceability records.
• Maintain accurate inventory and promptly communicate schedule changes, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Safely operate company vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Handle high-value aerospace and defense hardware in compliance with company safety, quality, AS9100, and ITAR requirements.
• Provide daily status updates and support practical process improvements.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, & Education:

• Valid Class C driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling within a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organization and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools.
• Ability to follow PPE and safety requirements and eligibility to obtain a company-sponsored DoD security clearance.

• Shipping and receiving coordination or supervisory experience; aerospace, defense, space, or advanced manufacturing experience; familiarity with AS9100 or ITAR requirements; additive manufacturing exposure..
