Position Description: In this role you will be
responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support
and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on substations, transmission, collection, and BESS equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve protection/control equipment and relay issues.
• Manage emergency response for high-voltage and BESS systems.
• Operate facilities safely and in compliance with LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and landowners.
• Read and interpret high-voltage electrical schematics.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 4+ years of high-voltage electrical experience (or equivalent military experience).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and interpreting computer data.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Effective communicator with good written skills; safety-focused.

Description

• Level I: $25–$33/hr (mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on generators/diesel engines)
• Level II: $34–$40/hr (includes Level I skills plus experience with electrical systems, switchgear, load balancing)

• 4+ years of experience with commercial/industrial generators, engines, switchgear, and controllers
• Volvo engine experience a plus
• 20% overnight travel
• Valid DOT physical, background check, and drug screen
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• OEM or EGSA certification preferred

• Perform operations, startups, preventive and corrective maintenance on generators, switchgear, and battery storage equipment
• Repair and service all makes/models of generator sets
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines: Volvo, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU
• Diagnose and program switchgear
• Perform load bank testing and start-ups
• Provide exceptional customer service and complete detailed documentation
• Participate in on-call service as needed

• Lead and mentor a team of molding, automation, and production assistant technicians in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and improve injection molding and automation processes using scientific molding/automation practices
• Troubleshoot and maintain production-approved molds and automation equipment
• Create and maintain process setup datasheets, work instructions, protocols, and documentation
  
• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal production standards at all times
  
• Direct production scheduling for all Technical Operations technicians
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment using 5S and lean methodologies
  
• Perform formal individual and group training sessions on molding and automation
  
• Support various shifts and occasional weekends as needed
  
• Recommend and implement production process improvements
  
• Utilize root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve molded part defects and automation issues

• 3–5 years of experience in injection molding operations, with leadership responsibilities preferred
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; capable of learning SAP and File Maker databases
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to mentor and build team spirit
  
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues
  
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity standards

• Develop and review proposals and field
  engineers’ reports.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians’
  work with customers.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a
  similar role within the Industrial Service Industry.
• Strong communication, supervisory,
  organizational, and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, internet
  research, and operating computer-controlled test equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively
  with clients, peers, subordinates, and management, both verbally and in
  writing.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean
  driving record.
• Willing to travel occasionally for
  field region coverage and company meetings.
• Physical requirements: ability to sit,
  stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, and focus on close vision
  tasks.
