Upon separating from the Air Force as a Captain in September 2007, I began to search online for recruiting firms with extensive West Coast opportunities. That is how I came across Orion International. Aside from Orion, I also utilized the services of another recruiting firm and found that I was most impressed by Orion’s communication, especially post-conference, in comparison. I was given sufficient company feedback, assistance in the scheduling of follow-up interviews, and spoke to Orion representatives who were providing support throughout the post-conference time right up until I accepted my offer.

JP Sniffen was 100% attentive to my needs, and Orion was able to deliver a solid line-up of opportunities. I also worked extensively with Jennifer Terrell and Brian Smith. They were also excellent communicators, and, along with JP, facilitated a great conference and post-conference experience.

I kept an open mind throughout the hiring process; however, sales became my focus as I progressed. I accomplished one interview pre-conference through the direct placement process, and then completed seven interviews at conference, which were a combination of face-to-face and phone interviews. I am now a Sales Representative with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. I would definitely utilize the services of Orion again, as well as refer friends!
