Position Details:
• Title: Quality Engineering Manager
• Location: Mount Dora, FL
• Shift: M – F, 8am to 5pm
• Compensation: $80K to $100K + profit sharing

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with all areas of the manufacturing process and functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Implement methods/procedures for inspecting, evaluating the accuracy of products and processes.
• Design and analyze inspection processes and equipment; conduct internal quality assurance reviews of methods and perform statistical analysis for cost and determine responsibility for products and materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis, ensure preventive and corrective measures are put in place for non-conforming products.
• Complete AS9102 FAI’s, PPAP’s and other customer requirements.
• Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and provide final diagnosis in failures.
• Conduct or lead internal/external audits related to ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
• Oversee the reporting of On-Time Delivery and Overall Quality to upper management.
• Manage final inspection, in-process inspection teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree level or above
• ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems experience.
• Must have 5 years or more of Quality Engineering experience.
• Worked in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with the aerospace/defense industry is a plus.
