Position Details:
• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Hickory, KY
• Shift: 2nd Shift – M-F 4:30PM – 1:00AM w/every other Saturday off
• Travel: None
• Compensation: $25-28/hr + OT
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision. 401k.
Position Description:
Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties. This position requires a highly organized; very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.
• Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
• Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
• Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
• Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skillset
• Experience w/PLCs is a plus
