Position Details:
Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Atlanta, GA
Shift: Dayshift, M-F
Compensation: $35/hr plus overtime.

Travel: Daily travel within region. 1-2 overnight travel typically in a month.
Position Description:
• Provide routine maintenance and repairs for 40 to 50 company-owned Dollar General properties in a zone spanning a 320-mile radius
• Conduct property inspections & submit deficiencies and T&M expenditures from spot-repairs to Field Operations Manager
• Perform scheduled and nonscheduled general repairs, installation and maintenance to ensure continuous and safe operation of properties and mechanical systems
• Support maintenance and repair by external vendors of HVAC, roof, parking lot and building exterior
• Competent knowledge of OSHA safety standards, the use and care of tools and equipment for facilities and grounds maintenance and property repairs
• Interact with tenants and contractors in a professional, timely manner
• Respond to assigned work requests using Work Order Management system
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and work with supervisor to prioritize activity
• Inventory assets and log them in Work Order Management system
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• Limited overnight travel reimbursed by company
• Operate and maintain company fleet vehicle
Requirements:
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial and industrial HVAC experience required.
• Must have a good driving record and be able to work independently.
• Basic maintenance skills
