Shift: 1st Shift; M-F (Weekend work/ support as needed)
Compensation: $130k-$145k(+) + 25% Target Bonus + relocation provided

Position Description:
As part of the Engineering team, you would analyze data, draft implementation plans for production process optimization. Seeking out ways to maximize efficiencies by eliminating the waste of valuable resources that directly impact our overall operating costs. Responsible for managing the activities of the maintenance department of a large complex plant to keep building and equipment in proper state of repair, in order to reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flow and production lines running at maximum efficiency. Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance systems associated with High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Preventative/ Predictive Maintenance, TPM, etc.). Number two at the plant – reports direct to Plant Manager.
Requirements:
A Candidate for this role should have at a minimum 8+ years of experience for this role. Candidates for this role should have a degree; those having an MBA, huge plus. They should also have fresh meat experience. Candidates should have a strong background in leadership and accountability and be a strong business manager. This role has a stronger background in the leadership and budgeting aspects for the engineering department. Will be responsible for 14 direct reports.
