Position Description:

Position Details:
Title: Field Service Representative
Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: 5-day work week to include weekends
Shift: 5PM – 2PM
Compensation: $34-$40/hr DOEQ and shift differential (12.5%) / OT as permitted

Travel: Local – primarily North Phoenix, AZ
Position Description:
The company Field Service team typically supports service level activities from multiple product groups including (but limited to) Mass Flow Controllers/Meters, Liquid Controllers, IR End-point Monitors, Chemical Concentration Monitors, Wet Chemistry monitors, etc.
• Preventative Maintenance
• System Component Diagnostics/Replacement
• Electrical/Mechanical Troubleshooting
• Upgrades Installation & Qualification
• Software Troubleshooting
• Customer Training
• Report Generation
• Procedure Creation/Modification
Requirements:
• Associate of Science (or equivalent) in Electronics, mechatronics, robotics, optics, or other complimentary technical field.
• 2+ Years of service/maintenance at a semiconductor (or similar) company. y
• 5 years’ experience in optical systems and robotics.
• Experience trouble shooting electrical and mechanical subsystems.
• Basic experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
• Basic network diagnostic capability (Windows based LAN)
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.
• Previous filed service experience interfacing with external customers is preferred.
