Beyond USERRA Compliance

TEKsystems does more than simply comply with the Uniformed Services Employment Rights Act. Employees called to active military leave may be compensated for up to 12 weeks while on military leave. Guard and Reserve members may be eligible to receive commission and salary differential during their service. Eligible employees may receive full commission for up to one year. And many military spouses may continue working even after PCS moves.
