  • Days 7 am - 3 pm / $16.50
  • Evenings 3 pm - 11 pm / $18.98 (includes shift pay). Receive a $1,500 retention bonus after successful completing 6 months.
  • Nights 11 pm - 7 am / $19.80 (includes shift pay). Receive a $2,000 retention bonus after successful completing 6 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Complete packaging, labeling, and carton of products to include label accuracy, package seal integrity, and counts per package and carton (occasional manual packaging and re-packaging of product).
  • Operate basic technology manual, semi-automatic and automatic assembly/production machines and processes.
  • Perform quality inspections in accordance to Panduit's quality systems and procedures and complete all data entry functions.
  • Safety in accordance to Panduit's safety guidelines and procedures.

What You Will Bring:

  • Preferred Degree: High school education or GED equivalent
  • Experience: 0-1 years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to carry out standard work routines using simple or basic equipment. A satisfactory standard can be achieved after a few weeks of practical experience.
  • Highly repetitive work, in which, the same task or group of tasks is carried out without any significant variation.
  • Understands basic machines, assemblies and tools and processes including their designs and uses. Can observe basic manual and automated equipment operations so that malfunctions and other abnormalities can be detected; has the ability to monitor, evaluate and adjust basic equipment, as needed. Can learn new skills and knowledge; is adept at learning company product or technical knowledge; operate equipment using hand/eye coordination.

What We Are Looking For:

The Inside Sale Rep is mainly channel driven, office based, and when appropriate visiting customers, participating in exhibitions and events. The Inside Sale Rep manages assigned distributors in the region and will engage and support the day-to-day business, projects, marketing, and when needed, engage and assist end-users. This role works jointly with the regional team of internal and territory account manager, and Business Unit manager, to achieve the set targets. They manage incoming leads from various sources, identify potential opportunities, and develop new business.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive growth with channel accounts by introducing Panduit products and solutions and identify/win new projects
  • Convert business from competitors and increase flow business
  • Maintain good relationships with Channel partners and provide support for specific needs; identify further business opportunities
  • Follow-up leads, convert leads into opportunities and revenue by closing deals
  • Lead generation (cold calling, research, and other sources) to contribute to the organic commercial growth target
  • Analyze client portfolio/development with the preparation of corresponding activities and follow-up of those actions
  • Ensure all relevant data is kept/ updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and Business Units to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience

The Business Development Manager - Electrical Safety influences and supports the short- and long-term global go-to-market growth strategy for Panduit's rapidly growing Electrical Safety Business.
This role works in a start-up environment to help grow a new-to-world product line that is revolutionizing the electrical safety industry. Become a part of a fast-paced and highly motivated group passionate about advancing safety in control and power distribution applications!

What You Will Do:

  • Practice voice of customer techniques to gather insights on trends and provide insights accordingly
  • Perform competitive analysis; review, gather and analyze competitor information
  • Execute the go to market plan
  • Collaborate with marketing on objectives and metrics, and to create effective promotions that increase revenue through channel partners
  • Augment offerings with unique combinations of delivery, services, and products
  • Contribute, deliver, and message the strategy across the organization
  • Interact cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and other functions to successfully drive strategic intent into target market
  • Measure and ensure the effectiveness of the strategy, value prop, and messaging in the go to market ecosystem
  • Create resolution and get-well plans as needed to address execution conflict in the market and underperforming offerings

What You Will Bring:

  • Required Degree: Undergraduate degree in engineering or business administration
    • Preferred Degree: Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with industrial or electrical safety products
  • Preferred experience designing, servicing, or specifying electrical equipment, low or medium voltage
  • Experience working with IEEE or IEC standards a huge plus
  • Ability to accommodate up to 25% International travel
  • Preferred experience with
    • Electrical testing products
    • Voice of the Customer
    • Business case formulation
    • Building out demos and communicating technically with industry professionals

What We Are Looking For:

The Electromechanical Technician provides competent and effective electrical support to Plant operations. They must effectively identify, troubleshoot, and repair problems in electrical and controls wiring that occur in production equipment and systems. The Technician also performs preventive maintenance and upgrades to wiring, conduit, and electronic control systems. Lastly, this role provides training, mentoring, and coaching to the lower-level maintenance technicians to develop their abilities and skills in maintenance activities. 80% focus on electrical, 20% focus on mechanical.

Shift Options: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am

What You Will Bring:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of motion control experience (i.e. robotics, servos, encoders, vfd's etc.)
  • 1+ years of hydraulic trouble shooting experience
  • Must be proficient in control logic schematics
  • Must be able to work with voltages up to 600V, three-phase & single-phase A/C circuits, and motor control centers
  • Quality experience & knowledge that will enable you to provide training, mentoring, and coaching to the lower-level maintenance technicians to develop their abilities and skills in maintenance activities
