Position Summary: Our ideal candidate is skilled in major repairs, engine diagnostics, and electrical systems. We expect you to be able to accurately evaluate repairs and complete repairs in a timely manner.

The Best Qualified Candidates will have:
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certifications
- 3+ Years of Diesel Mechanic Experience
- Class B CDL (Sun State can sponsor this if you are willing to get within 90 days)
- Computer experience. We are looking for Cummins Insite, Cat ET, Detroit software, Eaton Road Ranger software.
- Diagnostic Software and Equipment experience
- NO FLEET EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Good fits for this role may include:
- Former Auto Mechanics, Marine Techs, or Commercial Diesel Techs
- Someone who likes Mentoring and is confident in their Communication skills
- Having your own hand tools is a plus

- Consistently maintain 85% efficiency or better
- Maintain minimal to zero comebacks
- Provide up-sales opportunities through entire job awareness
- Ensure proper use care and maintenance of company equipment
- Ensure proper return of Warranty Parts.
- Provide accurate and quality repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure a proper respect for customer equipment and property
- Provides knowledgeable and accurate explanation of diagnostic work to customer
- Understands the customer needs and do the right thing
- Ensure proper stores (complaints, Cause Correction)
