Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: North Kansas City, MO
Shift/Schedule:
? Day Shift: Monday – Friday
? 7:00AM-4:00PM
Compensation: $25-30/hr + OT (up to 10 hours a week) and benefits
Position Description:
As a Maintenance Technician your main duties are repair and troubleshoot of various types of printing equipment to include digital printing, screen printing, chemical etching of metals, and chemical processing. Equipment includes AMADA Turret Presses, punch presses, shears, fiber and CO2 Laser systems, plant air handling equipment and robotics.
Key Responsibilities:
? Preventative Maintenance
? Scheduled Repairs and Rebuilds
? Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid, Pneumatic
? Collaboration with equipment suppliers and technicians
? Assist Engineering with Projects and Equipment Installations
? Compliance with OSHA, LOTO, NFPA, NEC, etc.
? Maintain Accurate Records
Requirements:
? 3+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment and the ability to read and understand technical manuals and wire diagrams.
? Any experience with electrical wiring/assembly, PLC troubleshooting and fabrication is a plus but not required
? Great fit for any EMs, FCs, GSE/GSM among other similar positions
