Essential Functions
- Provide on-site IT
support for control systems, including PLCs. - Perform general

support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Ensure reliable

communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3, MQTT) to extract and - normalize control

concerns, ensure seamless connectivity, and provide solutions. - Design dashboards,
alarms, and trending capabilities in the HMI for operators, engineers, - and management.

documentation related to IT infrastructure, system architecture, - configurations, and
workflows. - Conduct regular
maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems. - Assist in the setup
and configuration of new IT equipment and systems. - Provide training and
support to field staff and operations personnel on IT-related topics - and new monitoring

Experience/Education
