Position: Principal IC Designer Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $140k-$200k plus 20% bonus
Qualifications:
MSEE with 10+ years analog IC design experience
Extensive knowledge and experience in designing ADC, current DAC, voltage reference, operational amplifier, switched-capacitor, voltage regulator, and charge pump
Expert in ADC architecture, layout techniques, use cases, and performance metrics
Intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design
Proficient in custom digital design
Expertise in circuit layout techniques
Strong understanding of mixed-signal modeling
Ability to collaborate across functional groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of ESD protection methodology
Ability to define end-user PCB requirements
Experience in failure analysis
