Description
Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Maintenance Supervisor position with an award-winning, premier manufacturer and packager of natural and processed bulk, shredded, and sliced cheeses.
Position Details
Location: Franklinville, NY (will initially work at Cuba, NY facility as new facility is completed)
Compensation: $70K-$95K + bonus (~8-10%)
Shift: 3rd Shift
Benefits: 401K, medical/dental/vision, and Employee Stock Option Plan
Relocation: Available
Position Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise and schedule the maintenance of all plant systems. In addition, you will supervise the preventative maintenance program and coordinate work that is contracted to outside companies.
Position Requirements
• Associate’s degree/higher or equivalent military training.
• 4+ years of maintenance leadership experience in military or post military manufacturing experience.
• Any experience with ammonia refrigeration systems/PSM is a plus but not required.
• Able to coach, mentor and develop team members while maintaining a high level of morale.
