Description
Title: Leadership Development Program (National)
Locations: Can live anywhere. 200 locations nationally. Rotate through 3 with 1 close to home during the year LDP program. Candidates pick 3-5 locations where they’d like to rotate.
Shift: This role is a Salary exempt role, so standard normal day working hours Monday – Friday.
Compensation: $80K base first year + annual bonus profitability + $10K placement bonus upon graduation. $100K+ W2 annually with consistent growth.
Travel: Fly home every 2-3 weeks for the weekend during your LDP rotational assignments away from home.
