Position Details:
• Location: San Jose, CA
• Travel Requirements: You can expect at least 50 - 75% of your time within the first 6-9 months to be focused on training in Chicago, IL (weekly sessions / will fly you home on the weekends) as needed. Local travel will be to support customers within the greater SJ Bay area.
• Shift Work: First shift.
The Field Service Technician (FST) is responsible for developing the knowledge and expertise needed to move into a Service Engineer (SE) position and service the company product lines. The FST will undergo extensive training to prepare for open SE positions as they become available.
