As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for all production machines and may also manage industrial refrigeration machinery and operate as maintenance controls technicians. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems on various production and utility equipment and apply RCA (Root Cause Analysis) techniques to improve and eliminate future problems.
• Maintaining facilities and equipment to meet customer, OSHA and U.S.D.A. standards.
• Engaging in continuous improvement efforts as they relate to equipment and process.
• Working on projects (i.e. machining, fabrication, Capital projects and working with outside vendors).

Position Details:
Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI
Salary: $21-$26/hr, plus OT and $1/hr shift differential.
Shift Work: There are multiple openings on several shifts, but new hires will typically begin on an off shift: 2nd (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (10pm-6:30am); overtime expected, rotating schedule within the shift.

Requirements:
• Must have strong hands-on mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Good mechanical backgrounds include industrial mechanical systems as well as heavy vehicle/machinery maintenance and/or strong automotive mechanical maintenance.
• 2 years of Industrial maintenance experience is preferred but not required (electrical troubleshooting, welding, machining, metal fabrication skills specific to stainless steel a plus).
• Experience with low and high voltage electrical systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of conveyor systems, motors, bearings, power transfer systems and gearbox systems preferred.

Position Description
As a Field Service Representative, you will provide exceptional field service to the customer base in support of the sales effort. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Traveling by car or airplane. This involves the ability to travel by car or airplane with occasional travel by car sometimes exceeding 1,200 miles/week. On average, 600 to 700 miles/week.
• Inspecting completed work. This includes scheduling of inspections (a minimum of 48 hours in advance), the inspection of the completed roofing work on job site (including visual and physical inspection of membrane, insulation and flashing details). Work is completed in all outside weather conditions. Conversing with the roofer and other parties on what work is completed and what needs to be completed for the products to be warranted. The installation must be graded, inspection paperwork completed, and any assistance with repairs for the contractor, i.e., flashing, surface splices, etc.
• Conducting job site visits to systems being installed. Scheduling job site visits, the ability to physically install the system, full knowledge of spec and details, the ability to converse and explain the specific company roof system and any errors to the system and what steps needed to repair the system.
• Completing and submitting forms, letters, and reports. This involves filling out standard forms utilized inside the TS department and the company. This also includes the ability to write letters to roofers, building owners, architects, consultants, etc., explaining what needs to be completed to install company systems or to correct a problem on a roofing project.
• Ensuring telephone assistance for technical questions presented by roofing applicators. Answering telephone calls from outside parties on inspections, and job site problems involving installation of company systems. This requires a full working knowledge of specs and details, the ability to converse with outside parties, the ability to utilize other departments inside the Company to answer technical questions and/or problems presented by customers.
• Training programs for company Roofing Applicators. Scheduling training programs, ensuring the ability to physically complete installation work, i.e., splices, flashings, installation of insulation, includes full working knowledge of specs and details, the ability to converse and convey installation methods to roofing foremen and crewmen. This also includes mentoring and training new Field Service Representatives.
• Conducting job start-ups. This work includes scheduling of job start-ups with the contractor’s office, the ability to physically install the system, i.e., membrane layout, splicing, flashing, installation of insulation, and training of crewmen on the job site in all outside weather conditions.
• Performing vehicle maintenance.
• Ensuring of splice sampling, gathering of samples, maintaining company equipment, and conducting pull out tests and blackout tests.

Position Details:

Salary: $48K-$52K
Shift: 50-60 hours. Monday-Friday, mainly daylight hours. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.

Establish and enforce a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment is in safe and operable condition by planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance work, scheduling repairs and following up on equipment condition once repairs are completed.
Assists in purchasing of new vehicles, equipment and tools.
Verifies implementations of required DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations and monitors conformance as required on an ongoing basis.
Maintain all vehicle inspection, maintenance and safety records required by federal, state or local agencies and Company policies.
Confer with Operations Management to arrange for equipment to be released from service for inspections, service and repair.
Ensure employees follow safety guidelines and perform duties in a safe manner.
Maintain cost-effective inventory of all supplies and parts and authorize and arrange for purchase of supplies, tools, parts, etc., up to spending authority.
