Job Description

As a Floating Supervisor, you will fill supervisory gaps for the Scrap Services business. Your responsibilities will focus around overseeing the collection and processing of scrap metal from respective adjacent Stamping Plants. You will act as a supervisor at a facility in the absence of one of their supervisors (i.e. Vacations, Sickness and Medical Leave, Resignations, etc.). When at a site, you will supervise and/or work with the site foreman to ensure both production and maintenance needs are accomplished. You will also be responsible for scheduling and performing all routine and corrective maintenance. In this position, you are the key company contact onsite, managing and performing all the day-to-day functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervise employee team.
• Manage work orders and preventative maintenance schedules.

Benefits: Our client offers a good benefits package including medical and dental and a matching 401K plan. In addition, company employees enjoy stock options, as well as end of year Profit Sharing.

Position Requirements
• Maintenance leadership experience with a Class A CDL.
• Strong background in hydraulics and some familiarity with electrical systems.
