Position Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance and repair of a wide variety of beverage manufacturing and packing equipment requiring strong mechanical skills base to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems, and PLC usage. Responsibilities will include:
• Preventive and proactive maintenance on conveyors, packers, fillers, palletizers, and steam generators.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.

• Veteran profiles: Only technicians with the post military required experience.

Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Longview, WA; Cartersville, GA; Camp Hill, PA

Shift: Monday through Friday, 5am – 3:30pm with occasional Saturday work
Compensation: You can realistically expect your 1st year total compensation to be between $85.5K to $90K.
Base Salary ($21.69/hr to start) $45k
Average Overtime (20%) $13.5k
Weekly Productivity Bonus (40 – 50% per week) $18k – 22.5k
Monthly Conversion Bonus (20% per month) $9k
Total $85.5k – 90k

Weekly bonuses are based on the production of the Skyline division. These bonuses are based upon anticipated production time or tonnage produced.
