Position Description
As a Process Engineer, you will work with all departments to provide daily direction, scheduling, and hands on work in the area of change-over’s and equipment preventive maintenance. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Initiating machine process, making adjustments within process tolerance and recommending any changes for improved efficiencies.
• Monitoring all processes related to machinery to ensure equipment is running at optimal efficiency (waterjet, vacform, vibration welders, secondary equipment, punch press, paint line, robotics, sonic welder, etc.).
• Participating in analyzing and working to resolve process, equipment and tool issues.
• Assisting in the set-up and start-up of new tools, new equipment and resins for trial.
• Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of other equipment as required. Including but not limited to waterjet, vacform, vibration welders, secondary equipment, punch press, paint line, robotics, sonic welder, etc.
• Assisting machine operators as required to troubleshoot.

Salary: $50K-$70K, depending on experience, + OT and relocation.
Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift. Monday-Friday with some weekend work as needed/required.

As a Plant IT Specialist, you will report to the Tooling Center Plant Manager and assist both plants in IT matters. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and using of IAC Corporate policies for users of computers, networks and programs.
• Operating and performing minor maintenance of Office and Plant Floor PCs and related Application Programs.
• Operating, setting up and configuring Wireless Networks for Bar Code and Hand-Held Devices.
• Documenting of Shop Floor Information Technology applications and installations.

• Supporting of Shop Floor Applications related to Machine and Process Control Software

• Keeping track of software licenses for applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and others, and procuring the necessary licenses when necessary.
• Monitoring the Help Desk Queue and taking ownership of tickets assigned in a timely manner and working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Position Details:

Salary: ~$60K, + 5% bonus potential on company and individual performance.
Shift: 1st Shift. Monday-Friday with other hours as needed for emergencies and special projects.

Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or higher in an IT field or equivalent military training is preferred.

Experience with LAN Infrastructure, Microsoft Servers, Printers, Copiers, Phone and Voicemail Systems, and server backup software are preferred.
• Must be able to work with shop floor, supervision and engineering personnel on PC-based IT needs to support existing or new processes.
• Must be able to understand basic Manufacturing Process Flow concepts for First-In and First-Out (FIFO), Quality Control of Processes, Forge and Machine Operations and Shop Floor Communications, and Just In Time Manufacturing processes.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all level of manufacturing organization, including hourly PC Users on the shop floor, supervisors, and management.
