Junior Military Officers (JMOs) are young leaders who have earned a BS or BA and have 4 to 10 years of military leadership experience after graduating college, on average.

JMOs are well-suited for mid-level leadership roles. They're highly adaptive, eager to learn, and ready to hit the ground running and make an impact within your organization. The types of roles JMOs thrive in are limitless. A few areas our candidates excel in are engineering, project and program management, leadership development, operations management, sales, and manufacturing management.

Noncommissioned Officers

Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) are senior enlisted personnel in a direct leadership role, with 7 to 20+ years of military experience.

Noncommissioned Officers (NCOs) are senior enlisted personnel in a direct leadership role, with 7 to 20+ years of military experience. Known as the Backbone of the Armed Forces, NCOs are the primary military leaders responsible for executing the mission and training military personnel. Skilled professional leaders, NCOs are critical to all levels of military organization and command. They have extensive training in leadership and management, as well as combat, service-specific, and specialized training. Many NCOs have college degrees and are ideal for Technical, Maintenance, and Field Service Management and Supervisory positions.

Enlisted Technicians

Enlisted Technicians work in any role ranging from mechanics to radio operations.

Enlisted Technicians work in a myriad of technical roles related to complex electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. They typically have served in the military between 4 to 20 years, have world-class technical training and hands-on experience, and excel in challenging situations. Any rank – officer or enlisted – is eligible to apply for SkillBridge.
